Credit Problems?
Bad credit, imperfect credit, less than
perfect credit, not-so-good credit, blemished credit,

understand that not everyone has perfect credit. In fact,
we find that most people do not. If you have had
some credit problems in the past, don't worry, we may have

allows borrowers to lower their interest rate after two
years based on timely payments.
We don't want to come off as the used car
guy on TV that promises everyone financing, but it is true

programs to help you obtain a home loan. We aren't going
to lie to you and we won't get your hopes up if we think
the loan process will be hard. We will tell you up front,
that your loan is going to be tough but we will work with you and
will do everything in our power to help you achieve your
home loan goals.
